‘CREATE Leaders’ Addresses Gaps in Leadership, Management Capability at S&P Global Ratings (2019 Case Study)
In 2018, CREATE Leaders was launched for approximately 300 top leaders to address a gap in leadership and management capability at S&P Global Ratings. The year-long leadership development experience focused on two major aspects of leadership: performance development and digital leadership. A blended format was used to support the needs of the large, global audience and also made it easy for participants to engage one another in multiple ways. S&P Global Ratings won a Gold Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
