CrossKnowledge, using its years of research and development, created its newest learning suite with blended learning and social learning designed to boost motivation and ensure learning transfer. The CrossKnowledge Learning Suite includes Blendedˣ, which fosters exchanges among employees whose contributions are recognized with points on their learning gauges. A new feature allows SMEs and anyone else to be designated as a coach or facilitator with responsibility for certain learning activities online or in class. Learning Channels provide community workspace where learners worldwide can share best practices. These innovations earned CrossKnowledge a Gold Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
