Danone Academy’s Talent Development Plan for 4 Companies in Turkey Stresses ‘One Danone' (2018 Case Study)
Danone Academy’s talent development plan process was deployed to support the transformation process in Danone Turkey companies under the roof of “One Danone.” Following the announcement of One Danone transformation, it was decided that learning and development needs of all four companies should be governed by a shared learning and development (L&D) function. This process also created a great value in the integration and alignment of the group companies. Danone Academy won a Silver Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
