Reliance Jio’s Money, Material and Compliance (MMC) function implemented a comprehensive data-driven upskilling program to support their Jio 2.0 transformation initiative. The program delivered 81,488 learning credit hours across two phases, training over 3,636 employees across 1,000+ locations in India. Using a blended learning approach combining self-directed modules, live sessions, and hands-on projects, the initiative focused on operational excellence, emerging technologies, and change management.
The program achieved a 98% satisfaction rate, 9.5/10 Net Promoter Score, and significant improvements in operational efficiency and cost optimization.
