DataNow® Snapshots provide highlights of Brandon Hall Group research and illustrate how the data can be filtered by organization size, revenue, corporate performance, and more, using DataNow®, Brandon Hall Group’s HCM research tool. This snapshot features the 2018 HCM Outlook Survey, which looks at the top HCM priorities in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management/HR. Among the findings is that linking HCM strategy to business goals is the biggest focus in all areas of HCM. For example, 45% of organizations said aligning learning strategy and business goals would get heavy attention, compared to just 20% for the #2 concern, Reporting and Analytics. This focus is important because Brandon Hall Group consistently finds in its research that HCM functions struggle to align with business objectives.
