DeFacto’s Competency Development through Social Responsibility Program is a blended learning based program that is enriched with various learning channels and developed by merging talent management department’s needs and DeFacto’s Happiness Ambassadors Group’s aim for helping non-governmental organizations (NGOs). This competency development program is designed and developed by focusing on one of DeFacto’s core values, “creating social benefits for public,” and with using non-traditional methods such as collaborating with NGOs, designing workshops for kids, attending social responsibility events and project presentations in addition to the traditional learning methods and digital learning materials. DeFacto won a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
