In July 2013, Deloitte launched the Courageous Principals program to further its commitment to corporate citizenship and volunteerism. Through the Courageous Principals program, Deloitte aims to create exceptional leaders in public education to catalyze student achievement and empower the leaders of tomorrow. Deloitte’s leadership development curriculum is shared with school principals in a 2 1/2-day program focused on helping build critical capabilities that can enable a principal to be an effective leader and equip participants with tools that can be leveraged to address the challenges they face. Deloitte won a Gold Award for Best HCM Citizenship Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
