Deloitte’s Hedge Fund Fundamentals is a 3.5-day multi-part simulation for tax consultants with one to two years of experience. This blended learning solution was deployed to its audience through instructor-led training and simulation, video, a technology playground, a “Hedge Fund Challenge” competition, social learning and well-being initiatives. Jack Hedge, the hedge fund avatar, is the cohesive thread that weaves each of these elements together. Deloitte won a Gold Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
