DISH created the Axiom Training Suite to help new employees master a new skill by challenging them with realistic scenarios in an environment similar to production. Thanks to the success of the program, all training materials developed by DISH’s Sales Training and Support organization, regardless of length, include scenario-based activities. Dish won a Gold Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
