DISH’s Hopper Escape Room is an e-Learning course that challenges learners to rely on previous knowledge of Hopper 3 features to solve a series of puzzles and obstacles. These puzzles and obstacles lead learners to find the stolen “AutoHop technology” and restoring a subscriber’s favorite features of DISH’s Hopper 3. DISH won a Gold Award for Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
