The purpose of DISH’S Lead Immersion and Foundation Training (LIFT) is to provide a comprehensive program that immerses new leaders into their role and provides them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities to become effective contributors in their position. For its LIFT program, DISH won a Silver Award for Best Sales Leadership Development Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
