Its Docebo Perform allows clients to import and customize its catalogue of 14,000+ skills and competencies, run evaluations to identify gaps and fill those gaps with learning. As Docebo works to continuously update its LMS, the goal is to improve the link between learning and performance. This innovation earned Docebo a Gold Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
