To enable the business to grow and sustain a large influx of new hires, eClerx created a digital self-paced course for learners to upskill themselves. The focus was on saving trainer bandwidth, improving the learner’s time to production and ensuring better engagement during learning by using micro-learning videos, assessments and simulation. eClerx Services was honored with a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
