With FNSS’s vision to become a global company and with the update on its strategic plan, employee engagement and talent management have become more important than ever for FNSS to achieve its short-term objectives. For an increased employee engagement and better talent management, the “HR Consultancy Sessions” project has been developed to improve the awareness of department managers and to help them manage their teams effectively by showing them how they can affect employee engagement with the help of deeply analyzed employee-related HR data. The goal of the project is to improve employee engagement through efficient talent management. FNSS Savunma Sanayi A.S. won a Gold Award for Best Advance in HR Data Analytics in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
