The Frank Porter Graham (FPG) Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina (UNC), Chapel Hill “SISEP Coaching Module Series” is a three-part, highly interactive eLearning series designed as part of a blended learning design to instruct learners to engage in the coaching processes and behaviors that align with SISEP’s assessments of coaching fidelity. Through scenario-based, hands-on application of the skills taught, learners receive a personalized training experience that results in custom-programmed learner activity data that aligns with fidelity assessments to allow tailored onsite instruction. The Frank Porter Graham (FPG) Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina (UNC), Chapel Hill earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
