The adaptive learning and predictive analytics (PALPA™) SaaS platform is a result of that belief. For Fulcrum’s client, Allegiant Air, the platform’s machine-learning adaptive algorithms analyze learning data to evaluate and update courses, verify the depth and degree of learners’ mastery, predict learner outcomes, identify learners with an inadequate level of understanding, and uncover which learners won’t be able to apply their training on the job. Fulcram Labs earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Technology Awards.
