To meet new-age demand, one of the key requirements for Genpact India was to equip its current set of employees in the IT Services Business with the right skillset, spontaneity and innovation in thought process. This led to the conceptualization and implementation of the “Velocity” program to signify the need for speed in execution. For its Velocity program, Genpact earned a Silver Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
