Mercer’s innovative “Hit the Target” learning program successfully engaged over 10,000 global employees through a 24-hour learning initiative combining live virtual sessions, on-demand content, and an AI-powered Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The program achieved 83% LXP activation rate, delivered 46 live webinar sessions totaling 1,712 learning hours, and helped all Operations & Technology colleagues meet their 24-hour annual learning goal. The initiative’s success led to its expansion across Marsh McLennan enterprise, demonstrating effective global learning delivery at zero additional cost.
