HAVAS Health & You, one of the worlds largest communications groups, launched a leadership development program for up-and-coming executives. The leadership journey helps executives become better leaders through introspection and inspiration. The program, in partnership with BlessingWhite, covers such topics as inspiring others, and leading with authenticity. Participants are expected to engage with their coaches, meet regularly with their mentors, and support each other in applying the concepts they learn. The innovation earned HAVAS Health & You a Gold Award for Best Advance in High-Potential Development in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
