How KVB Transformed Employee Skills Through Data-Driven Training (2024 Case Study)

Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) partnered with Chrysalis HRD to implement a comprehensive two-phase training program aimed at transforming employee skills and enhancing customer experience across its 834 branches. The initiative, called PRAMOD, focused on developing essential banking competencies, digital transformation, and relationship management skills through innovative learning methods including role-plays, case studies, and interactive workshops.

The program successfully trained over 8,400 employees in Phase 1 and more than 8,200 employees in Phase 2, achieving high satisfaction ratings above 4.5 out of 5. The training initiative aligned with KVB’s strategic objectives of activating dormant customers, acquiring new customers, and increasing digital penetration.
