The program offers comprehensive training and certification paths across 14 role-based specialties, supported by diverse learning tools including Study Jams, Flash Jams, and a mobile Cloud Prep App. ICCT’s hybrid approach combines traditional learning methods with community-driven support, featuring interactive study groups, motivation systems like BluePoints rewards, and knowledge-sharing platforms. The program successfully supports IBM’s “30 by 30” initiative to upskill 30 million people globally by 2030 and has helped grow IBM Consulting to over 10,000 certified cloud consultants.
