To achieve IBM’s objective to “win more” in the constantly changing technology field, its Cloud Application Innovation team needed to fully understand its newest offerings for clients. So IBM’s learning team created a skill competency framework using a multi-channel, multi-pronged learning approach to reach sales and client-facing account team members across the world. The framework offers fast time-to-market solutions, highly engaging content, downloadable presentations and videos, case studies, and quick bites. The program earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development in the 2017 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards.
