The Connected Manager is an asynchronous intervention based on the principles of self-paced learning, customized to the needs of ICICI Lombard Managers, managing teams in a hybrid environment. This is an expandable program. It can be built up to encompass several other competencies that are required to manage a virtual team. In the current form, The Connected Manager has two modules — Manager as a Virtual Coach and The Effective Meeting Manager. ICICI Lombard and Chrysalis were honored with a Gold Award for Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
