The talent development department launched a 90-day company-wide assimilation initiative to avoid the “firehose” analogy of overwhelming new hires. iCIMS’ revamped program is complete with a passport system, which includes various learning checkpoints with several teams and stakeholders in the business. For their Best New-Hire Onboarding Program, iCIMS earned a Silver Award for Excellence in Talent Acquisition in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
