The end result was a program that created an engaging and informative summer internship experience, as well as a diverse pipeline of talent to fill the entry-level hiring needs of the company. iCIMS wins a Silver Award for Best Unique or Innovative Talent Acquisition Program for the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
