Ingersoll Rand’s training team developed a blended-learning program to reach distributor and dealer partners with sales and technical training that would mean less time in the classroom. The Leadership Education Advancement Program targets territory managers who are responsible for sales/business relationships in their territories. The program, offered on Seertech’s iLearning Plus, combines eLearning courses, in-person ILT, and virtual ILT with simulations. Ingersoll Rand earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Creating an Extended Enterprise Learning Program in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
