Intermountain Health’s LD Coaching Cohort Program: Maximizing the Leader Factor (Case Study)
Intermountain Health partnered with Alchemy Strategy Group to develop and customize a Leadership Development Coaching Cohort for a hospital in Montana. The journey included the learning elements of leadership development modules, individual coaching for each participant, and group coaching with a unique element to healthcare: leaders focused on applying their learning to increase their leadership skills and effectiveness across not only their own department but across the nursing division.
