Intesa Sanpaolo SpA was looking at an outdated, overly rigid, bureaucracy-driven training machine that was out of touch. Lessons were not being learned. As a result, Intesa Sanpaolo has developed a new “phygital” model based on an ecosystem of bite-size learning objects, co-designed with the users, available in different formats according to the learning objectives and merged with live moments or events. Intesa Sanpaolo SpA won a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
