Is Bank implemented a comprehensive Digital Academy program to upskill and reskill over 21,000 employees in digital marketing and user experience capabilities. The initiative featured personalized learning journeys, blended delivery methods combining self-paced courses and live webinars, and achieved a 96.4% satisfaction rate. The academy supports the bank’s strategic vision of becoming the “Bank of the Future” while providing equal learning opportunities across all employee levels. With over 125,000 total learning hours completed and 15% of employees receiving 3+ hours of training, the Digital Academy successfully met its objectives of building future-ready digital competencies.
