ISS Turkey’s Line Manager Training Creates a Sense of Belonging (2018 Case Study)
ISS Turkey needed a program to decrease the time required for onboarding, shorten the project participation period for customers, support single brand/single company/single culture efforts, improve critical performance indicators and provide consistent services at over 5,000 locations. Data shows a positive change occurred on outputs of almost 800 new line managers who participated in the program. For this innovation, ISS Turkey won a Silver Award for Best New Hire Onboarding Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
