Janssen Biotech Enhances Sales Training Via a Mobile Mentor

Janssen Biotech needed to close a training gap for new sales representatives by providing them with key concepts in biologic drug distribution while also respecting their existing knowledge. Such performance support is provided by the new Janssen Managed Care Mobile Mentor, which includes a pre-test that allows sales reps to test out of topics they know and identify their challenging areas for training. The mobile mentor also enables users to quickly search for topics and refresh their knowledge whether they’re in the office or out. Janssen Biotech earned a Bronze Award for Best Use of Performance Support in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
