The Leading Managers program seeks to build are alignment around the strategy and equip mid-level leaders with the mindsets and capabilities needed to translate strategic priorities into tangible actions.
The five-month journey provides a blend of virtually delivered facilitated sessions, pod coaching and self-paced learning.
By program end, 126 mid-level leaders have gained new skills, tools and mindsets to enhance leadership effectiveness.
