KFC’s Learning Nugget gallery hosts micro-learning videos that provide just-in-time training to learners within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Creation of this gallery was driven by a need to reduce training time and meet the Five Moments of Need (Mosher and Gottfredson) for the modern learner. The end result is a robust, easily accessible and easily searchable gallery to host all micro-learning training videos to supplement overall learning. KFC won a Gold Award for Best Use of Video in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
