Kia Preps Sales Teams For Launch of New Hybrid

To promote a new crossover hybrid, Kia needed to train sales and service personnel to be fluent about the new technology and the Kia Niro’s benefits over competitors’ vehicles. The interactive, blended learning program included a “buzz” video, a compelling Niro facts sheet, eLearning pre-work, and live, in-dealership classes. An augmented-reality app demonstrated such features as advanced safety elements, and dealership personnel can continue to use it to illustrate and explain Niro features to customers. The initiative earned Kia Motors America a Silver Award for Best Use of Blended Learning in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
