To increase the learning impact of KPMG’s Accounting Updates for partners and managers, the firms KBS Audit learning team reconceived the training on audit updates and hot topics as a series of micro-learning resources. Breaking the content into 5- to 15-minute segments allowed stakeholders to create training on more topics. The new training reduces the hours spent on training while increasing applicability and impact. KPMG earned a Gold Award for Best Use of Performance Support in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
