This Learning Measurement project aimed to restructure the processes for recording information, consolidating the database, creating panels and visual dashboards to monitor results and rituals together with the Corporate Education and development team at Via, for continuous improvement. Via and CrossKnowledge were honored with a Gold Award for Best Advance in Learning Management in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
