LearnUpon’s LMS streamlines compliance training, making it as efficient as possible for companies and learners to meet requirements. Compliance training can be administered from start to finish, automating nearly all tasks to ensure that learners are enrolled and completing courses. The platform supports online exams and provides results to learners, their managers, compliance officers, and/or HR. The LMS also can automate recertification, sending emails to inform learners they’ve been re-enrolled in refresher training and giving them due dates. This innovation earned LearnUpon a Silver Award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for Compliance Training in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
