The Lenovo Expert Achievers Program (LEAP) is an innovative B2B learning program managed by Motivforce and designed to ensure business partners in Lenovo’s distribution channel globally are as technically proficient as possible, giving them a competitive edge when selling complex server solutions to their end clients, ultimately generating revenue and growing market share for Lenovo. The program is structured around “learn and earn,” whereby business partners are awarded points for completing a range of key learning and core capability e-learning modules and deeper certification. Lenovo won a Bronze Award for Best Results of a Learning Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
