The Catalyst program at LCBO is currently in its third year of rollout at the organization and program has generated momentum year over year to create an impact. The program is a key development strategy supporting the critical elements of the people strategy related to creating and amplifying an inclusive and change ready culture.
This group coaching and mentoring program blends assessment, formal learning, informal learning and social learning to drive lasting behavior change, support strategic and cultural priorities and prepare next-generation leadership talent to accelerate their leadership impact in a highly dynamic, people-centric and results-oriented work environment.
