MAPFRE Sigorta’s “Ment To Be” program was designed to support culture change in the digital world, to accelerate acquisition of new behaviors and attitudes and to assist the employees placed in MAPFRE’s global talent network in their work processes. This also helped Generation X managers’ gain leader experience and technical skills. “Ment To Be” covered both traditional and reverse mentoring. For its “Ment To Be” program, MAPFRE Sigorta won a Silver Award for Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
