The initiative transformed traditional training through innovative social and collaborative learning, combining virtual instruction, learning circles, and on-the-job application. Using NovoEd’s platform, Marriott scaled its reach from 3,000 to 15,000 learners while fostering a consistent global leadership culture focused on being curious, connected, and courageous. The program’s success contributed to Marriott achieving leadership index scores five points higher than Global Best Employer and ranking in Fortune’s top 10 Best Companies to Work For in 2023.
