In response, the Talent Management Team collaborated with Peak Teams on an initiative that leverages neuroscience principles to help emerging leaders lead themselves and their teams. In ‘Leadership NOW,’ participants learn how to lead more powerfully, create stronger relationships, become more influential, achieve accelerated results, thrive through change, and deliver ROI. Mastercard earned a Gold Award for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
