McKinsey & Company’s Telecom Hero is a gamified learning experience designed by expert telecom colleagues to deepen participants’ understanding of the current and future dynamics of the industry. In this one-day course, participants compete as a telecom operator against other colleagues in a simulated business environment. Partner faculty lead the teams through a series of strategic decisions that determine their future in the telecom industry. McKinsey and Company won a Bronze Award for Best Use of Games and Simulations for Learning in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
