Mercer’s innovative 4C’s (Conversations, Care, Clarity, and Connect) approach transformed team dynamics through a comprehensive teambuilding initiative that reached 300 colleagues across Portugal.
The program addressed post-pandemic challenges in remote work environments through experiential learning, resulting in significant improvements in Trust/Psychological Safety (80%), Team Purpose and Identity (70%), and Communication (70%). Using design thinking methodology and active learning techniques, the initiative successfully enhanced team collaboration, psychological safety, and interpersonal dynamics while maintaining a 90% Net Promoter Score.
