Mercer’s Sensei Program Increases High-Quality Training for New Hires (2018 Case Study)
Mercer’s Sensei program was designed to add a key component to Mercer Services North America learning and development (NA L&D) goals by increasing capacity to provide high-quality training design and development while meeting the delivery requirements across multiple locations and lines of business. The Sensei program resulted in 48 training events being delivered to onboard approximately 750 new hires in three locations between July 1 and Sept. 30. Mercer won a Bronze Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
