Miele already had eLearning about its residential and commercial appliances, but leaders realized how difficult it is to have knowledge about 500+ features and still be an excellent vendor. So the company developed Miele Pedia, a digital performance-support tool designed to deliver instant, in-depth information during the sales process. The tool uses less text and more pictures, videos, and animations. It is accessible by phone, tablet, or computer and is delivered in 25 languages. Miele earned a Gold Award for Best Use of Performance Support in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
