Mondelez Aligns HR Globally To Drive 'One Version of Truth' (2017 Case Study)
Faced with fundamental changes in its industry, Mondelēz International set goals that required changes in how its employees work to drive revenue of its brands, including Cadbury chocolate, Oreos, and Trident gum. The International HR team, realizing that “Ways of Working” were not globally aligned, developed the HR WOW training program in collaboration with GP Strategies to provide HR and business colleagues in 165 countries with “one version of the truth” on current and future roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across several HR processes, including talent acquisition and compensation. Mondelēz International earned a Bronze Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
