NEQSOL Holding implemented an innovative blended leadership development program called LEAP (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program) to develop future leaders across their global operations. The program combines personalized development paths with a structured curriculum delivered in partnership with BOCCONI Business School, featuring coaching, mentoring, cross-functional projects, and rotation opportunities. The comprehensive program achieved a 100% completion rate among 48 participants, with 15 promotions in the first year and an 88.5% satisfaction rate.
