Nordea Ignites Employee Ethics: Code of Conduct Training Achieves 97.62% Rate (Case Study)
Nordea, in partnership with Infopro Learning, achieved a remarkable 97.62% completion rate for their Code of Conduct training program through an innovative microlearning approach. The 20-minute web-based training module employed scenario-based gamification, interactive elements, and multimedia content to engage over 35,000 employees across Nordic regions. The training received high satisfaction scores with an NPS of 55 and impact score of 128, successfully promoting ethical decision-making and proper customer treatment while reducing reported incidents. The program’s success was driven by its modular design, real-world scenarios, and effective change management strategies.
