Last year marked the transformation of the talent and development function within North Highland. In its 2016 engagement survey, the firm received the resounding message that employees were hungry for more robust skill development. As a result, senior leadership funded a completely new talent development function, an initiative called L&Dv3 to align with a larger transformation of the firm. North Highland won a Gold Award for Best Launch of a Corporate Learning University in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
